    Partner, Experience Management | Relias
    Paul Jaglowski is a healthcare innovator and entrepreneur, now a Partner at Relias following the recent acquisition of Feedtrail. As the Founding CEO of Feedtrail, he helped transform patient and employee engagement by pioneering real-time, personalized feedback solutions, earning the company recognition as Best in KLAS 2024 for Patient Experience Improvement. Prior to launching Feedtrail, Paul built a strong foundation in strategy and operations, working as a management and strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and contributing to fintech startup OnDeck Capital during its IPO preparation. His expertise in customer experience was recognized in 2018 when he was named one of CX Network’s 30 Rising Customer Experience Super Stars Under 30. Beyond his work in healthcare technology, Paul is committed to global impact, serving on the Board of Directors for the Maison Fortune Orphanage in Hinche, Haiti. Now at Relias, he continues to drive innovation, helping shape the future of patient experience and healthcare engagement.

    Jennifer Moore, RN, GERO-BC, CDP, WCC, is the Vice President of Curriculum Design & Research at Relias. She leads a team of subject matter experts responsible for developing education and performance solutions that strengthen workforce competence and elevate care quality across the healthcare continuum.

    With over twenty years of experience in healthcare and education, Moore draws on her clinical background to guide curriculum development grounded in research, relevance, and real-world application. Her leadership emphasizes learning that is both effective and enduring — education that helps organizations meet standards, close skill gaps, and improve outcomes.

    Before joining Relias, Moore held clinical and operational leadership roles, including Director of Nursing, Nurse Consultant, and Director of Quality Assurance. That firsthand experience continues to shape her commitment to aligning education with everyday practice and performance.
  • Felicia Sadler, MJ, BSN, RN, CPHQ, LSSBB
    VP, Quality | Relias
    Felicia Sadler is the VP of Quality at Relias. She has been a registered nurse for over 35 years and has served in various nursing leadership roles. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Healthcare, and has served as an examiner for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University. Sadler has served as chairperson for the ASHRM (American Society for Healthcare Risk Managers) Education Strategy Committee and ASHRM’s Education Development Task Force. She is an international speaker, having presented at numerous professional conferences. Sadler has published several journal articles, including JNPD, JONA, and Chief Healthcare Executive. Her passion is in transformational/authentic leadership, workforce retention, optimization, and healthcare quality. She assists healthcare organizations across the U.S. with strategies to improve healthcare quality and outcomes, workforce optimization, and organizational performance.

  • Lora Sparkman, MHA, RN, BSN
    VP, Partner, Clinical Solutions, Patient Safety and Quality | Relias
    Lora Sparkman has been a nurse for over 37 years, leading patient safety and improvement work for over 22 years, specifically using software and technology to advance healthcare improvement. For the past eight years, she has served as a clinical strategic leader at Relias. Most recently, Sparkman led a team at Relias with academic partners developing a VR application applying adult learning principles and human factors to improve infection, prevention, and control. Sparkman was recognized in the top 10 Women Leaders in Healthcare Software in 2022 by Becker’s and top 25 Women Leaders in Healthcare Software by The Healthcare Technology Report. Additionally, she completed a mini docuseries on maternal mortality sponsored by BBC Storyworks and the International Council of Nurses in 2022. Sparkman holds a Master of Health Administration from Lindenwood University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri, and a Diploma in Nursing from Barnes Hospital School of Nursing.
