About

Accreditation is a mission, not just a milestone. Whether granted by The Joint Commission, CARF, ACHC, or other accrediting bodies, pursuing and maintaining accreditation reflects a deep, ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

This session explores how healthcare organizations can build and reinforce the core elements that support the accreditation journey and organizational readiness. From equipping your workforce to aligning with regulations through real-time feedback, the goal is to build a sustainable framework — because readiness isn’t about a distant survey date; it’s about operational confidence at any moment.

Learning objectives:

  • Understand the foundational elements shared across major accrediting bodies.
  • Explore strategies that align training, competency validation, and quality efforts with accreditation standards.
  • Recognize common gaps that impact readiness.
  • Discover how platforms like Relias can help track, train, and scale readiness across care settings.
