Clinical Support Manager | McKesson Medical Surgical

Sue Grafton is a registered nurse and Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse in Baltimore with 25 years of experience in home health care. She has been a C-W-O-N for 18 years and is passionate about empowering individuals to participate in their healing. Grafton has been an active member of the Baltimore affiliate WOCN, holding regional and local positions on the board, and has chaired and presented at the Ostomy Education Day. She has also acted as a clinical consultant for a local HME pharmacy. Grafton currently works as a clinical support manager for McKesson Medical-Surgical, educating post-acute care clinicians on wound management, formulary development, and product selection, and is a member of WOCN, serves on the SAWC host committee, and sits on the AA HomeCare workgroups for Urology/Ostomy and Wound.
Wil Walker, MBA, BSN, RN, WOC

Clinical Resource Manager | Hollister

Wil Walker has been employed with Hollister for 17 years and is currently a Clinical Resource Manager for U.S. Ostomy. He previously held roles in Global Clinical Education supporting the U.S. and Latin America and worked as a Product Manager for Hollister’s Critical Care business. Walker is responsible for clinical support, presenting educational content, engaging with key opinion leaders, and leading the Hollister U.S. Ostomy Clinical Advisory Board. Walker completed his WOC Nurse training at the Cleveland Clinic. He is a native of the New Orleans area and currently resides in the Chicago suburbs.
