Over her 16-year career, she has worked in the acute care setting as a pediatric Heme/Onc nurse, in-home health and home infusion, and as Director of Nursing for an L.A.-based home health and hospice organization. In 2022, Relias, the parent company of Nurse.com, acquired HOLLIBLU. Lunsford is now the VP, Community at Nurse.com. She is excited to work with her team to create a place where nurses will find peer support, allies, professional opportunities, resources, and education.

    Founding CEO | Transhealth
    Dallas Ducar, a dynamic healthcare leader and entrepreneur, is the founding CEO of Transhealth and drives innovation in healthcare. With appointments at the University of Virginia School of Nursing and Columbia University, she shapes the future of healthcare, particularly in equity and affirming care, as a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, Co-Chair of the LGBTQ+ Health Care Alliance, and serving on the Official Transition Team for Attorney General Andrea Campbell. Dallas extends her impact through various boards and public service roles, advocating for gender-affirming healthcare policies. She finds balance in nature and family, embodying her commitment to fostering ethical and community-centered healthcare.
  • Brendan Troy
    Head of Commercial Development | Empathable
    Brendan Troy is the Head of Commercial Development at Empathable, a company dedicated to making healthcare organizations everywhere more empathic, more human, and more inclusive. He has worked in special education, elementary education, public policy, and a variety of mission driven software companies. Troy lives in Washington, DC where he plays for the first open and inclusive rugby team in the US and coaches the nation's first "unified rugby" team (rugby for all, regardless of age, gender, or disability).
