About

Join us for our spine-tingling, annual Halloween-themed wound care webinar, Hallowound II: Breaking the Curse of Siloed Wound Care. We will delve into the eerie world of wound care and uncover the secrets to breaking down the silos that haunt our current practices.

Wound care is a specialty often characterized by extended treatment periods that span multiple facility types, from hospitals to outpatient centers to long-term care environments. However, despite this need for comprehensive, cross-setting wound care, many providers remain trapped in a “silo” mentality, focusing narrowly on their specific domain.

In this webinar, we will explore how to banish these silos and adopt a continuum-spanning approach that ensures seamless management of wound care patients from diagnosis through healing, regardless of the care setting.

What you’ll learn:

  • The Challenge of Siloed Care: Understand how isolated practices affect care outcomes.
  • Benefits of a Non-Silo Model: Discover how integrated wound care increases options and enhances the patient experience.
  • Optimal Wound Care Activities: Learn best practices across each care setting in the continuum of care.
  • Staff Training Models: Explore training models that support cross-continuum wound care delivery.

If you cannot attend the live webinar, we still encourage you to register, as all registrants will receive an email with a link to the recording and resources.
