Vince Baiera started his career at The Cleveland Clinic and Duke University Hospital as a Cardiothoracic ICU Nurse. Moving on to work as a traveling ICU nurse, Baiera worked in more than 15 hospitals across the U.S. and U.S. Virgin Islands. He became the lead faculty member at Central Nursing College, a one-year, accelerated LPN school. After years of consulting, Baiera switched to the business side of healthcare and now strives to make a measurable difference, working with organizations to solve their biggest problems around staffing, retention, and patient care. Baiera is also an international best-selling coauthor of The Nurses Guide To Innovation, which teaches nurses how to develop and launch their business and product ideas. Baiera is also the founder of step2health, which offers proprietary assistive devices for seniors to help them reduce their risk of falls and age in place. The step2health products are sold nationwide with partners like Walmart, Lowe's, Amazon, CVS, Walgreens, and more. He lives in San Diego, is married, and has twin boys.
Aaron Hart

Market Development Specialist | PointClickCare

Before joining PointClickCare, Aaron Hart worked for Erickson Senior Living, a large-scale Life Plan Community. He dabbled in a bit of everything, including sales, human resources, operations management, and later ran the community Memory Care and Assisted Living locations. Hart joined PointClickCare in March 2016 and started in a Regional Customer Success role focused on their Senior Living accounts. He worked closely with the Senior Living Sales Team to drive upsells and software utilization. Soon after, he was promoted to the Enterprise Customer Success role and managed the relationships for PointClickCare’s largest Senior Living accounts. Hart currently works as a Market Development Specialist and provides industry insight to the Sales and Customer Success teams.
