Recently, we brought together four of our life plan community/CCRC clients to discuss how their staff training and development needs have changed over the past several years, thanks to both the new generation entering the workforce and the wide range of clients and complexities moving into their communities.
Some of these communities offer multiple service lines and have faced numerous challenges since the onset of COVID-19. Yet they have all found ways to adapt and thrive with their employee and resident populations.
