Currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development at Benchmark Senior Living, Nancy has been instrumental in shaping the training and development landscape across 68 communities in eight states. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, leadership development, and the implementation of multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS), making them a pivotal figure in driving organizational success and associate performance. Harper's extensive background includes pivotal roles such as Regional Director of Resident Care and Executive Director, where she consistently achieved outstanding performance outcomes and contributed to business development and customer experience enhancement.
  • Logan Jamieson
    Product Specialist | Relias
    Logan Jamieson is a compliance management product specialist on the Relias Solutions team, where he plays a pivotal role as an internal thought leader for the post-acute care space. With an extensive career spanning over two decades in post-acute care, Jamieson holds a B.S. in gerontology, a B.S. in healthcare management, and a master's in health administration, showcasing a robust educational background. He is a licensed multi-level nursing home administrator and has served as a multi-site senior living IT Network Director. Jamieson is a founding member of the National Center for Pediatric Palliative Care Homes, supporting the development of children's hospice and respite homes nationwide. Previously, he was a product manager for a senior living tech startup, contributing to initiatives to enhance residents' quality of life through innovative technology solutions.
