Throughout her career she has worked with Human Resource, Compliance, Clinical Education, and IT executives to improve onboarding, continuing education, and professional development.

    Raines received her MBA from Indiana University and is a long-time member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She is married with two children, both nurses. In her spare time, she enjoys painting and hiking.
