About

Direct support professionals (DSPs) need opportunities to grow their skills and increase their confidence to offer individualized, meaningful support to the people they serve. For organizations to retain and develop their DSP workforce, they must provide training that cultivates skills and allows DSPs to explore career advancement opportunities.

With thoughtful planning, IDD training programs that align with your organization's growth strategy can provide DSPs with career development opportunities, build a pool of skilled staff for new service lines, and improve existing support quality.

Join us March 19 at 2 PM ET to hear Arlene Bridges discuss the advanced skills she recommends for IDD caregivers from her years of experience as an IDD leader.

In this webinar, you’ll:
  • Learn the value of aligning your organization’s growth strategies with employee development programs.
  • Get tips and resources for creating a culture of learning and growth within your organization.
  • Learn how DSP career advancement opportunities can help your organization expand its service lines and reach new markets.

If you cannot attend the live webinar, we still encourage you to register, as all registrants will receive an email with a link to the recording and resources.
