Arlene Bridges

Senior Product Manager | Relias

Arlene Bridges is a Senior Product Manager at Relias. She has over 20 years of experience in many areas of IDD service provision, including clinical coordination, oversight, and administration. She has experience in managing contracts and billable services with MCOs and other payers, overseeing quality improvement processes, and working with CQL accreditation requirements. Bridges served on the board of the NC Provider Association and currently serves on a human rights committee for an IDD organization in NC.
Rhonda Davin, PhD, BCBA-D

Lead SME Writer/ACE Coordinator | Relias

Rhonda Davin is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 30 years of experience in the fields of developmental disabilities and autism. She has served the field as a teacher, college professor, consultant, and expert witness. She started Behavior Consulting Services, which provided direct behavior analytic services to children with autism and their families for 10 years. She has supervised and mentored behavior analysts and service providers currently practicing in the field today. Davin has also provided technical assistance for large-scale organizational change efforts in the area of Positive Behavior Supports. She works at Relias as the BCBA Subject Matter Expert, Content Writer, and Continuing Education Coordinator for Relias to the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
