About

Mental health is an essential part of overall well-being. That’s especially true for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), who often face unique challenges and overlooked needs.

Save the date, Wednesday, June 11, 2 PM ET, to dive into this important topic with Sequaya Tasker, Senior Executive Officer for Program Innovation at The Arc (a Relias strategic partner), and Christina Marsack-Topolewski, PhD, LMSW, Associate Professor of Social Work at Eastern Michigan University. This session will explore strategies for promoting mental well-being, recognizing signs of mental health concerns, and improving service delivery through a trauma-informed and person-centered approach.

Join us to explore:

  • Common mental health challenges in the IDD population
  • How to recognize signs of emotional distress
  • Resources for families, caregivers, and professionals

If you cannot attend the live webinar, we still encourage you to register, as all registrants will receive an email with a link to the recording and resources.
