About

In collaboration with our platinum partner, the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR), Relias is proud to release the fourth edition of the DSP Survey Report. The 2025 report includes findings from before and during COVID-19, along with present data.

Join us May 1 at 2 PM ET to hear Arlene Bridges, Senior Product Manager for IDD and ABA at Relias, and Mickey Whitesell, the 2025 ANCOR DSP of the Year winner and a DSP for Trinity Services Inc. They'll discuss the report's key findings such as how large majority of respondents are satisfied with their supervisor and fewer respondents than ever before feel unfairly compensated or unappreciated and how only one-third of respondents believe their organizational leaders care about their psychological well-being.

In this webinar, you’ll hear our experts share:

  • How and why the survey was conducted
  • Insights and findings, such as the impact of DSP job satisfaction, supervision, recognition, and career advancement
  • Expert answers to the key questions in the survey report

Please note that our speaker lineup has changed. Doug Simmonsen can no longer join us, and we're excited to welcome Mickey Whitesell in his place.

If you cannot attend the live webinar, we still encourage you to register, as all registrants will receive an email with a link to the recording and resources.
