About this webinar

A thriving care environment does not happen by accident. It is built through everyday actions: speaking up for patient and staff safety, supporting self-care, rounding with intention, and creating onboarding experiences that meet clinicians where they are.

This webinar will explore how leaders can create the conditions for staff to feel heard, supported, prepared, and empowered to advocate for themselves and their patients. Learn how intentional leadership, individualized onboarding, and clear communication can help build a healthier workplace culture and drive better outcomes for patients, staff, and the organization.

Learning objectives:

  • Encourage advocacy for patients, clinicians, and the nursing profession.
  • Build a “see something, say something” culture that supports safe care and a safe work environment.
  • Connect self-care and workforce well-being to patient safety.
  • Use intentional leader rounding to build trust, engagement, and accountability.
  • Design individualized onboarding and preceptor experiences that help new clinicians assimilate successfully.
  • Communicate the “why” behind initiatives and change to inspire stronger adoption.
